All products, services, events, and bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any offering at our discretion.

3.3 Return Process
Customers must contact us before sending returns. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
3.4 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.5 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.6 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
4. Drag Performer Booking, Cancellation & Performance Policy
Haus of Bittor
This policy applies to all drag performer bookings facilitated by Matthew D. Carrington, representing Haus of Bittor (“Haus of Bittor”). Haus of Bittor acts as the booking facilitator and administrative representative between Clients and Performer(s).
4.1 Booking Requests
All booking requests must include accurate event details, including date, time, location, event type, and age restrictions. Submission does not guarantee availability.
4.2 Fees & Deposit
The standard booking fee is $150 per booking. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure the event date and is applied toward the total fee.
4.3 Remaining Balance
The remaining $125 balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
4.4 Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue permits drag performances and complies with all applicable laws. Any material changes must be communicated in writing.
4.5 Client-Initiated Cancellations

30+ days prior: $25 deposit forfeited

14–29 days prior: $75 total owed

7–13 days prior: $112.50 total owed

Less than 7 days or same-day: $150 total owed
4.6 Performer-Initiated Cancellations
If a Performer cancels due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, Haus of Bittor will attempt to secure a replacement. If unavailable, all payments will be refunded.
4.7 Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted if requested 14+ days prior to the event, subject to availability. Requests within 14 days are treated as cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
4.8 Performance Conditions & Conduct
Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment. Performers may refuse or end performances without refund if conditions are unsafe, hostile, or materially different from agreed terms.
4.9 Photography & Media
Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
4.10 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control. Payments may be credited toward a future date by mutual agreement.
4.11 Acceptance
Payment of the deposit and/or remaining balance confirms acceptance of this policy.

HAUS OF BITTOR
MASTER POLICIES, PROCEDURES & GOVERNANCE AGREEMENT

PREAMBLE
Haus of Bittor (the “Company”) is a professional entertainment, production, and talent-management entity
operating within the State of Maryland and beyond. These Master Policies, Procedures & Governance
Standards (“Master Agreement”) are established to ensure lawful operation, ethical conduct, safety, artistic
integrity, and long-term sustainability of the Company and its affiliated performers, producers, partners,
and clients.
This document is intentionally comprehensive. It is designed to protect the Company, its performers, its
intellectual property, and the communities it serves from misconduct, misrepresentation, exploitation,
misinformation, and unsafe practices. These policies reflect industry best practices and are drafted to be
enforceable, transparent, and consistent with Maryland and federal law.
Acceptance of any booking, engagement, contract, appearance, purchase, partnership, or affiliation with
Haus of Bittor constitutes full and binding acceptance of this Master Agreement.
1. BUSINESS STRUCTURE & LEGAL STATUS
1.1 Haus of Bittor operates as a sole proprietorship, duly registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
and compliant with all applicable federal, State of Maryland, and local laws.
1.2 The Company maintains active general liability insurance, performer protection coverage, and
event-related insurance as required for lawful operation.
1.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment
relationship except where expressly stated in writing.
2. SCOPE & GOVERNING AUTHORITY
2.1 This Master Agreement governs: - Performer engagements and bookings - Talent representation and
branding - Events, pageants, festivals, tours, and appearances - Merchandise, media, and intellectual
property - Conduct, safety, compensation, and dispute resolution

2.2 This document supersedes all prior verbal representations, informal agreements, or understandings
unless explicitly incorporated into a signed written contract.
3. CONTRACTUAL PROCESS & WEBSITE BOOKINGS
3.1 All bookings, inquiries, appearances, and agreements must be initiated and processed through the
official Haus of Bittor website or authorized booking platform.
3.2 Acceptance of terms through digital acknowledgment, checkbox consent, invoice payment, or signature
constitutes legal acceptance of this Master Agreement.
4. PERFORMER STATUS (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS)
4.1 All performers are classified as independent contractors (IRS 1099).
4.2 Performers retain control over their artistic expression subject to Company standards, event
classification, and safety requirements.
4.3 Performers are responsible for their own taxes unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY, NON-DISCRIMINATION & EQUAL PAY
5.1 Haus of Bittor maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity,
national origin, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, body
type, or economic status.
5.2 Equal work shall receive equal pay, irrespective of identity or personal characteristics.
5.3 Violations may result in immediate termination of agreements and financial penalties.
6. HATE SPEECH, HARASSMENT & MISCONDUCT
6.1 Hate speech, harassment, intimidation, or demeaning conduct—verbal, physical, or digital—is strictly
prohibited.
6.2 Any confirmed incident will result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty billed directly to the
event sponsor, without limitation to further legal remedies.

7. SAFETY, CONSENT & PERFORMER PROTECTION
7.1 Unwanted touching, sexual advances, coercion, or exposure to unsafe individuals or environments is
prohibited.
7.2 Performers may immediately remove themselves from unsafe situations without penalty.
7.3 All youth-related events require verified background checks. Adult performers shall not be booked for
child-focused programming.
8. EVENT CLASSIFICATIONS
8.1 Family-Friendly Events
Clearly advertised as all-ages
No adult content, language, or conduct
8.2 Adult-Themed Events
18+ or 21+ venues only
Clear disclosures and compliance with local ordinances
8.3 Pageants & Competitions
Governed exclusively by Company rules
Titles, branding, and formats remain Company intellectual property
9. PAY, TIPS & FINANCIAL TERMS
9.1 Base compensation must be paid prior to performance start time.
9.2 Tips belong solely to performers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.3 Failure to remit payment constitutes breach of contract.
10. ATTENDANCE, PROFESSIONALISM & CONDUCT
10.1 Performers must arrive prepared, on time, and in compliance with event guidelines.
10.2 Repeated lateness, no-shows, or unprofessional conduct may result in termination.

11. MEDIA, FILM, PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDINGS
11.1 All professional filming or photography requires prior written authorization.
11.2 Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIKENESS RIGHTS (MAXIMUM
PROTECTION)
12.1 All names, stage personas, likenesses, costumes, concepts, artwork, choreography, branding,
merchandise designs, pageant formats, and promotional materials created under or associated with Haus
of Bittor are exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
12.2 These protections are enforced with standards comparable to major entertainment corporations,
including aggressive defense against infringement.
13. MERCHANDISING RIGHTS
13.1 All merchandise bearing Company or performer branding is owned, produced, licensed, and
distributed exclusively by Haus of Bittor unless expressly authorized.
14. DEFAMATION, MISINFORMATION & REPUTATIONAL HARM
14.1 False or misleading statements about the Company, its performers, partners, or events constitute
defamation.
14.2 The Company reserves the right to issue rebuttals, demand retractions, and pursue legal remedies.
15. ACTIVISM & PUBLIC STATEMENTS
15.1 Performers may engage in activism in a personal capacity.
15.2 No individual may represent personal views as Company positions without written authorization.
16. ALCOHOL, CANNABIS & SUBSTANCE USE
16.1 Illegal substances are prohibited at all events.

16.2 Cannabis, while legal in Maryland, is prohibited inside venues unless expressly permitted.
17. NON-FRATERNIZATION & CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Romantic or sexual relationships between producers, managers, and performers are prohibited.
18. NON-COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION
Performers may not replicate Company-branded events or solicit Company clients without authorization.
19. TOURS, TRAVEL & LODGING
All tours, travel, and overnight bookings require prior written approval and adherence to safety standards.
20. PRIVATE EVENTS
Private bookings require enhanced vetting and signed liability waivers.
21. THEFT, DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Theft or damage of Company or performer property will be prosecuted and billed.
22. FESTIVALS, PARTNERSHIPS & COMMUNITY EVENTS
Participation requires adherence to safety, conduct, and anti-harassment standards consistent with
Maryland law.
23. FUNDRAISERS & CHARITABLE EVENTS
The Company may authorize up to five (5) charity events per performer annually. All policies remain
enforceable.
24. INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
Authorized events are covered under Company insurance policies.

25. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force.
27. AMENDMENTS & CONTINUED ACCEPTANCE
Haus of Bittor reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Continued engagement constitutes
acceptance.
28. ACCEPTANCE
By engaging with Haus of Bittor in any capacity, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
this Master Agreement.

APPENDIX A — WEBSITE ACCEPTANCE & NOTICE OF TERMS
All users, clients, venues, promoters, partners, and performers acknowledge that by accessing the Haus of
Bittor website, submitting an inquiry, completing a booking request, remitting payment, or participating in
any event, they affirmatively agree to be bound by this Master Policies, Procedures & Governance
Agreement (Effective February 1, 2026).
Sample Website Notice Language: “By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to the Haus of Bittor Master Policies, Procedures & Governance Agreement.”
APPENDIX B — BOOKING & CONTRACT INCORPORATION CLAUSE
All written agreements, invoices, confirmations, or communications shall incorporate this Master
Agreement by reference, whether or not explicitly restated in full.

Sample Contract Clause: “This Agreement incorporates by reference the Haus of Bittor Master Policies,
Procedures & Governance Agreement dated February 1, 2026, which governs all aspects of the
engagement.”
APPENDIX C — PERFORMER INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
STANDARDS
Performers operate as independent contractors under IRS 1099 classification. Performers: - Control creative
expression within defined event parameters - Are responsible for personal tax obligations - May accept
outside engagements provided they do not conflict with Company non-compete provisions - Are bound by
Company conduct, safety, branding, and confidentiality standards
APPENDIX D — MEDIA, PHOTO, FILM & RECORDING RELEASE
Haus of Bittor retains irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide rights to photograph, film, record, reproduce,
distribute, display, license, and otherwise exploit performances, likenesses, voices, costumes, and personas
for lawful business purposes.
No compensation beyond contracted fees is owed for such use.
APPENDIX E — DEFAMATION, SLANDER & CRISIS RESPONSE
Any false, misleading, or reckless statements that harm the reputation of the Company or its performers
shall be treated as defamation.
The Company reserves the right to: - Demand written retractions - Issue public clarifications - Terminate
relationships immediately - Seek injunctive relief and damages
APPENDIX F — PARTNERSHIPS & COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
Partnerships with Pride organizations, advocacy groups, festivals, or community entities do not constitute
ownership, control, or authority over Company branding, performers, or operations.
No implied partnership exists without a signed written agreement.
APPENDIX G — PAYROLL, TIPS & FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE
Base compensation is non-negotiable and due prior to performance. Tips are the sole property of
performers. Failure to comply constitutes breach of contract.

APPENDIX H — SAFETY ESCALATION & REMOVAL RIGHTS
Haus of Bittor reserves the unilateral right to remove performers from unsafe environments, cancel
appearances, or terminate events without penalty where safety concerns arise.
APPENDIX I — NON-FRATERNIZATION & ETHICS ENFORCEMENT
Any violation of the no-fraternization policy shall be grounds for immediate termination and permanent
disqualification from future engagements.
APPENDIX J — TOURS, TRAVEL & LODGING STANDARDS
All tours, travel, and lodging must meet Company safety, privacy, and accessibility standards. Unauthorized
accommodations are prohibited.
APPENDIX K — PRIVATE EVENTS & HIGH-RISK BOOKINGS
Private events require enhanced vetting, disclosure, and signed waivers. The Company may decline any
booking at its sole discretion.
APPENDIX L — NON-COMPETE, NON-SOLICIT & BRAND PROTECTION
Unauthorized replication of Company events, formats, pageants, or branded experiences constitutes
infringement.
APPENDIX M — THEFT, MISUSE & MISAPPROPRIATION
Theft or misuse of Company property, funds, costumes, designs, or intellectual assets will result in
immediate legal action.
APPENDIX N — RECORDKEEPING & DOCUMENTATION
The Company maintains internal records to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with
applicable laws.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
This Master Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of Haus of Bittor governance
standards.
Continued engagement constitutes binding acceptance.
